Daniel C. Krueger, Ottawa County Clerk, is pleased to announce that beginning Tuesday, April 8, 2008, court documents for the 20th Circuit Court can be searched on-line! |
The County Clerk's Office is the keeper of Vital records, Circuit Court records, and Family Court Records. The County Clerk serves as the administrator of all county elections and, by law, serves as the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and keeper of all official Board records. The Clerk's Office also provides services to the public. These services include but are not limited to: genealogical searches, informational over-the-counter assistance to those visiting the office, and telephone service. These areas may include giving assistance in locating various county offices and officers, instructions on the proper data required to obtain certificates and licenses, passports, Doing Business As (DBA), Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW), and Notaries.
Office Hours & Locations
The Circuit Court Records office will be open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
