The keeper of Vital Records & Circuit and Family Court Records.

The County Clerk serves as the administrator of all county elections and, by law, serves as the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and keeper of all official Board records. The Clerk's Office also provides services to the public. These services include but are not limited to: genealogical searches, informational over-the-counter assistance to those visiting the office, and telephone service. These areas may include giving assistance in locating various county offices and officers, instructions on the proper data required to obtain certificates and licenses, passports, Doing Business As (DBA), Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW), and Notaries.

Circuit Court Payments

Circuit Court payments may be made online with a credit card or at any of the County Clerk locations.
