Keri McCarthy is the Vice-President of Operations for Manpower Professional of West Michigan. Keri has been in her current position for 2 years and has worked for Manpower for 9 years.
Keri is currently serving on the Lakeshore Human Resource Management Association Board and the Zeeland Chamber Board.
The most important thing she has learned in her professional career is the need to learn something new each day.
The biggest change in her job over the last few years has been working with the new economy, keeping pace with new technology, and the realization that business decisions are not all made locally, but globally. She understands that in West Michigan it is important to collaborate on a regional basis, and that regional decisions can bring success to Ottawa County.
