Indian Channel Exploration

Visit Crockery Creek; explore the rich history dating back to Native American settlements along its shores. The mouth of the Crockery Creek is a well-known historic site where it was once a French fur trading post, as well as the site of Spoon Farm. Crockery Creek Natural Area runs along the east bank of the creek and offers hiking trails. Bring a pair of binoculars; the undeveloped corridor along the creek supports a variety of wildlife. Keep a look out for Bald Eagles, they are commonly seen hunting along this stretch of river.
