Reservation Information
A variety of park facilities may be reserved in advance for meetings, reunions, retreats and other functions. These facilities include fully enclosed picnic buildings, covered picnic shelters, outdoor picnic areas, a group camp area (organized groups only) and modern indoor facilities. Reservation fees and details are listed below.
Reservations may be made up to 365 days in advance of your event by calling/visiting the Parks Office or on-line. Credit card required for on-line reservations. Weaver House and Spring Grove Trellis not available on-line.
Vehicle entrance/parking fees are in effect from Saturday of Memorial Weekend through Labor Day (Monday) at North Beach, Kirk, Rosy Mound and Tunnel Parks. The fees are: Ottawa County Residents - $4.00 daily/$12.00 Annual; Non-residents - $6.00 daily/$24.00 annual; Senior citizens (age 60) - $7.00 annual (regular daily rates).
Picnic Buildings
These fully enclosed structures have electricity, restrooms and picnic table seating (Grand River Park has banquet tables). At both Hager and Spring Grove Parks, the buildings are divided into two sections (A & B). Wall dividers can be removed to make one large room by reserving both sections.

Park hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., April 1 - October 31; and 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., November 1 - March 31.
A copy of park rules and regulations is available through the parks office. The rules are also posted on-site. Pet owners should check park rules for regulations specific to each park. Pets are not allowed in rental areas and buildings. All buildings, shelters and facilities are barrier-free unless otherwise noted.
Fees and Cancellation Policy
There is a $25.00 fee to bring a tent or approved amusements into some of
our parks. Reservations that are canceled 30 days or more in advance of
the reservation date will receive a 50% refund of reservation fee. Reservations
canceled less than 30 days in advance of the reservation date will result
in the loss of the complete reservation fee.

| Weaver House at Pine Bend Park
(Heated and AC) This renovated 1901 house offers an historic feel with modern functions. Banquet tables and chairs seat up to 50. Fully heated/air conditioned. Includes 2 gas fireplaces and rockers on the porch. Call for more information regarding general reservations, special rate business meetings,“coffees” with historic table service and 80th Birthday celebrations. $250 refundable deposit required. $30 (resident) for additional hr.; $40 (non- resident) for additional hr. |
