The Legal Self-Help Center is a hub for a variety of legal information, court forms, and general information about the branches of the Ottawa County court system. Our highly trained staff is available on a walk-in basis to assist patrons who wish to resolve a variety of non-criminal matters without the assistance of a lawyer. The Center is a service provided by the 20th Judicial Circuit Court, 58th District Court, and Ottawa County Probate Court.
The Citizens' Law School is a seminar series that seeks to educate citizens on a variety of legal topics. All seminars will be hosted in the Ottawa County Courthouse in Grand Haven and will be FREE to the public. No registration is required, but seating is limited. All sessions are expected to run a maximum of two hours. For seminar descriptions and presenter biographies, please view the brochure.
The Legal Self-Help Center is free to use, however there is a charge for some forms to cover copy costs.
