The Diversity Forum will showcase speakers from governmental jurisdictions throughout Michigan who are doing DEI work and can speak to it from a credible leadership space with tools and best practices.

ServSafe Food Protection Manager Class and Exam

West Olive Fillmore Complex-Main Conference Room

The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Class and Exam fulfills the Certified Manager requirement outline in the Michigan Food Law. The class is approximately 8 hours long followed by an exam session. Students will learn in-depth food safety principles that will equip them to safely manage a kitchen.
