Where can I buy a Plat Book/Land Atlas?
In 2018, The GIS team decided to stop printing physical copies. However, we are offering a PDF version of the 2019 Land Atlas. We also offer a version of the Land Atlas to use in the Avenza Maps offline mapping app. You can purchase and download maps in the app, or on avenzamaps.com.

Shouldn't all the County maps and GIS data be free?
Much of it is freely viewable by the public from a desktop browser or mobile device the GIS Property Mapping application and the Real Property Search are a few of the examples of maps and data available online. For a more detailed explanation see the Enhanced Access to Public Records Policy.
