This year’s Forum takes a look at organizational culture and the challenges confronting the workforce as generations mix and technologies change. Developing a culture and a workforce that thrives means finding ways to adapt to change, work differently, view risk, properly select and develop your workforce and incentivize learning. To help meet those challenges Ottawa County has sought to bring thought leaders who can help expand your ideas and provide incredible insight.
We are fortunate to have two recognized speakers to lead off our morning and afternoon sessions.
