FREE Community Pop-up Testing

Rapid antigen testing available to anyone of any age (parental consent required for minors) with or without symptoms. Samples will be taken via nasal swab. Results within 15-30 minutes.

No doctor’s order needed

No insurance needed

Need to bring a form of ID

Wear a face covering

No pets allowed

    1 to 2 days If you have not received your test results within 1 to 2 days, be sure to check your email spam box
  • Cost
    If you have insurance:
    • you are required to submit your insurance.
    • and are symptomatic or had contact with someone with COVID-19, testing will be covered by your insurance.
    If you are uninsured:
    • and are symptomatic or have been in contact with someone with COVID-19, your testing will be covered under the CARES Act.
    • and are asymptomatic and have not been in contact with anyone with COVID-19, testing is $100 out of pocket.
    • and 60 years of age (or older) or meet other high-risk criteria (such as being immunocompromised), testing will be covered under the CARES Act.

    The majority of people will have no out of pocket cost for COVID-19 testing.

    Also available, COVID-19 and Flu A and B testing.

    During flu season, it is important to know whether or not you have the flu or COVID-19. The COVID Plus Panel tests for both, giving you the information you and your doctor need to make treatment decisions

    There are 3 ways to be scheduled for COVID-19 testing:
    • Patients may use the virtual screening and test self-scheduling via MyChart: mychart.spectrumhealth.org
    • A physician may screen the patient and order a COVID-19 test.
      • After the order is placed, patients may schedule a test by calling the COVID-19 Hotline: 833.559.0659 or 616.391.2380. Pick the appropriate language option, then choose option 3.
    • Patients may be screened and scheduled for a test by calling the COVID-19 Hotline 833.559.0659 or 616.391.2380.
  • Results
    Up to 7 days or more due to high testing volume
  • Cost

    If you have health insurance, the lab will bill your insurance.

Urgent Care: Holland Hospital

    A Holland Hospital Urgent Care visit is required. Testing open to asymptomatic individuals.

  • Cost

    Holland Hospital will bill all insurances. You will also receive an Urgent Care visit charge. Please call your individual health insurance for specific coverage details.
