All vehicles are sold "AS IS" and all bids are binding offers to purchase. Please refer to the website posting for all available information about each vehicle. Do not contact the Sheriff’s Office or the custodian for vehicle information. Bidders may wish to inspect the vehicle at the storage facility during designated hours.
All bids must be received prior to the auction closing time by the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office. Bidders will receive receipt of their bid following the closing of the auction to the email address provided. Winning bidders will receive further instructions therein.
