OCDPH Community Testing has ended.

Free PCR tests are available at the TestAndGo™ kiosk at the Gary Byker Library of Hudsonville, located at 3338 Van Buren Street in Hudsonville. Register at register2.testandgo.com. Free at-home test kits are available at local libraries in Ottawa County. Click here for a complete list of participating library locations.

  • Appointments

    An appointment is required to get a COVID-19 test. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins or drive-ins at any COVID-19 testing site without an appointment for that day and location. Testing open to symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals.

    There are 3 ways to be scheduled for COVID-19 testing:
    • Patients may use the virtual screening and test self-scheduling via MyChart: mychart.spectrumhealth.org
    • A physician may screen the patient and order a COVID-19 test.
      • After the order is placed, patients may schedule a test by calling the COVID-19 Hotline: 833.559.0659 or 616.391.2380. Pick the appropriate language option, then choose option 3.
    • Patients may be screened and scheduled for a test by calling the COVID-19 Hotline 833.559.0659 or 616.391.2380.
  • Results
    Up to 7 days or more due to high testing volume
  • Cost

    If you have health insurance, the lab will bill your insurance.
    If your plan does not pay for the test, the lab may send you a bill. Please call Spectrum for further details regarding billing.
