STOPPED Teen Driving Program
Sheriffs Telling Our Parents and Promoting Educated Drivers
The Michigan Sheriffs' Association's teen driving program, Sheriffs Telling Our Parents and Promoting Educated Drivers (STOPPED) is FREE to everyone, reminds teens to drive safely and informs parents when their teen is pulled over by a participating law enforcement agency. Owners should register any vehicle which may be driven by a person under 21 regardless of their relationship to the teen. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, older siblings, anyone that has a teen drive their vehicle can register for the program. Notification is ONLY given if the driver of the registered vehicle is under 21. With summer around the corner don't forget to register your boats too! Please click here for more information on this FREE life saving program.
