OCCAA partners with Holland Energy Fund to provide audits for Holland BPW customers called Home Energy 101. This program allows you to work with a trained energy educator to find the best areas for uility savings and efficiency improvements for your home, apartment, or condo. Not only does this program idenify up to $300 worth of FREE energy savings supplies to lower your uility bills, it is also a prerequisite to apply for Holland Energy Fund rebates. Your journey to a more efficient and comfortable home starts with a FREE 60-90 minute Home Energy 101 session led by a trained home energy educator from OCCAA. Together With Your OCCAA Educator, You Will:
- Review past utility bills to see how they compare to homes like yours in the area.
- Identify opportunities for free energy savings supplies, which we'll mail to you after our session.
- Review information on how to use your energy savings supplies.
- View thermal images of your home that show where insulation or sealing is needed.
- Create an energy plan for your home.
